For the LOVE of Durian

It's CRAAAZZZYYY! The durian crepe is phenomenal!

Mcm di landa tsunami crepe durian postings di mana-mana. Ada yg menjual dan tak kurang juga yg berkongsi resepi. Macam-macam versi ada ... guna tepung gandum, tepung naik sendiri, nak adventurous sikit campuran 3, 4, 5 and yg latest 7 jenis tepung! whoaaa

Yg benar .... does it make a difference? Ada yg claim tak pakai tepung gandum sbb takut nampak cam buat lempeng. Name pun tak glamer kannn? It is definitely not lempeng sbb pakai telur, susu & gula. Adunan @ batter akan jd lebih gebu dan lembut hence Crepe. Sebut lagi sekali?! Crepe (bunyi cam ke rep)

Lempeng lebih sedap di makan ngan sambal tumis. So it's kinda savoury. Tapi crepe pulak ada yg savoury n ada yg sweet. The French have their crepes with nutella (yumms!) n banana, the Japanese have theirs with a variety of fruits - strawberry, mango, banana etc with whipping cream while us Malaysians are proud of our Durian Crepe :D Marvelous babe!

Anyway SR tak ketinggalan jugak joining the crepe wave. Tried a few recipes posted online like this here n also here Ada yg pakai susu, susu + air, santan well SR nye version pakai susu n a few variety of flour.

Amacam? Mengancam dak? So tunggu apa lagi, sms SweetRoz kitchen untuk tempahan. 1 pek 5 keping = RM10. Minimum tempahan 25 packs (untuk penghantaran) tapi kalau self pick-up minimum 2 pack. Sila tempah seminggu sebelum tarikh deliver/pick up. 

Sementara musim durian ni inSyaAllah durian senang dapat & murah. Harga akan berubah jika bukan musim ye .....
